This Database is for Media Projects:

When I am going to start a new film project there is many options about this new project. Could be a customer asking me to make a TV. It can be a documentary film, feature film or it can be whatever film project. Therefore it need to have many options inside to choose between in the description inside this database, All these parameter that is the same every time will be related to a separate small database with different values inside. These are meant to be dropdown menus with rows the can be added or deleted easily by a front en users. No need to be a developer or a web programmer for this issue. I believe this is what is called the Product Line. Example from Rec Quality dropdown menu:

• 8K Video – 7680 x 4320
• 4K Video – 3840 x 2160
• 2K Video –  2560 x 1440
• HD Video – 1920 x 1080

Must be easy to add new , edit and delete from this values. Maybe this is from the product lines database. Not sure.

So for my database these are the wanted Parameters/ Values for the database  Projects:

I am not sure, but in my fantasy say that the Projects DB dropdown menus will find all information from the database called Product line.  Or they need to be separated small sub databases.

1. Project ID – Unique Auto Generated Number, Editable.
2. Project Name – Text, Editable.
3. Film Title – Text, Editable.
4. Project Start Date – Calender, Editable.
5. Camera – Dropdown, Pick from Camera, Editable. 
6. Rec Quality – Dropdown, Pick from Camera, Rec Quality. 
7. Customer – Dropdown, Pick from Customer, add first and last name.
8. Participants – Dropdown, Pick from Customer, add first and last name. Multiple participants can be added.
9. Editor in Chief – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
10. Director – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
11. Photographer – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
12. Journalist – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
13. Commentaries – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
14. Sound Engineer – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.
15. Editing – Dropdown, Pick from Employees, add first, last name and profession.

All these names can also be named as CREW and the be added from e dropdown menu with multiple choices adding. 

• Project Description – Big text table, Editable.
• Ext Video Materials – Dropdown Menu, picking from Company Name, First Name or Last Name in the Customer Database.

Important Information. All Columns (not sur if its the correct name, Columns, rows, table or whatever , for example a text column or a dropdown column need to be duplicated many time and the set to invisible or disabled. Then we can by our self add and change all this without any help from outside. I know how to do this. In this plugin its easy. Change names, values, where to find dropdown data, links etc etc.

The database Customers and Employees I think will be close to the  demo from the plugin.

The database Media Digitizing is a little special. I will come back with more details about this, but this will be more about normal information that will be inside each and one digitized video tape.
